It is strongly encouraged that you try on your cosplay as soon as you receive it in the case that any necessary adjustments that are needed can be made known asap. Should something not fit quite right, please contact @oceana.everything through Etsy messages.

Should you decide to cancel your order, please note that the first payment used to cover the cost of materials will not be refunded, but the remaining amount of your original quote will be refunded once the return process has been initiated. You will not be charged for the remaining amount of your order total if it has not already been paid. If your order was completed through a monthly payment plan, any remaining payments will cease and the previously completed deposits will be refunded, with the exception of the first down payment.

Take extra good care of your cosplay and remember to take the proper measures to ensure your costume stays clean by following the care instructions featured on labels. If your cosplay does not have a label, DO NOT MACHINE WASH! Depending on the material, you can:

• • • spot clean with a damp cloth and gentle detergent (metal/armor or foam)

    • hand wash in a sink, bathtub, or basin (fabric)

    • wipe down with a damp cloth and specified cleaner (leather or faux leather)

All commissions crafted by @oceana.everything/CountingSeashells are not eligible to be entered in any form of costume competition. Any claims of plagiarism or passing off commissioned cosplay as your own are subject to infringement.
